How to purchase apps or use cards using apple devices in Bangladesh

Assalamualikum Sobaike

I just wanted to ask that, I use apple products like macbooks and iphones but I cannot purchase anything online. My Iphone is configured to another locatin. Don't want to get into that here. So if I don't have a USA or Japan or Singapore Credit card what to do. This problem doesn't arise with android. So when I have to do any kind of boosting or buy any online courses I need an andriod phone or a windows laptop.

I hope ami bhujate parsi. I guess apple officially nah asha porjonto possible nah.
