After Effects can’t continue: Licensing Error / MAC M1

Unfortunately when I try to install a any version of After Effect on my MAC M1 MONTEREY I get ERROR about license and Chinese language.

Ofc when i change language in MAC language and region settings After Effect rub, but ofc in Chinese what is not good for me :D

Any solutions?
